A very friendly staff and a great lobby area. Breakfast was great and the rooms were acceptable. Needed a few minor upgrades. All in all a good experience. I would stay there again. Paul Tsika

Not much to like about the hotel if you are a business traveller.
Difficult to work or sleep because room was old, uninsulated and directly near the pool area where the partying starts after the band finishes. Asked to move but told nothing available. Wardrobe door hanging off and noise of fridge only drowned out by the noise of the aircon. As for facilities - except for internet everything at cost, E.G. gym $us10 per day, breakfast, adaptors (purchase only), etc. Better hotels next door and close by for similar price.
Food is fantastic, and the location is very convenient. Internet access is great and the staff is too good. Would recommend to anyone doing business in Kingston, or for leisure.
Italian restaurant was very inconsistent in dealing with my order and paying the bill vs other customers.
The pool side is very well laid out. It is a comfortable environment.
I sent an email stating that I left my Pro Glide razor with 4 blades in my room. So far no one has gotten back to me.
The courtyard area and poolside bar were very nice. Really enjoyed the live music in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very expensive, and the furniture in some of our rooms needs to be replaced.

There is no shuttle service to and from the airport as advertised (online) as one of the services provided by the hotel. This should be removed as that service is no longer available.

room was not ready for 2 hrs even when we checked in at 7pm and booked month ago. swamp cooler was not working and they took another hr to fix it and another couple hrs for room to cool.Room was in additional bldg, bad.

My room smelt moldy,loud noises from the staff of the hotel next door,slippery tiles by the pool and my bed sunk in the middle
It was close to the business I was working with. The Client provided all of the transportation and it was suggested by the Client.
The hotel is "out-dated" and in need of renovation and repair for the prices that were charged. Lobby is very dark. The surrounding plants and trees in the courtyard need attention, they are overgrown and show that they are not being kept properly.
Could not the electronic key to work. It took three calls to the front desk and 45mins to sort out a simple matter.
Breakfast Buffet; very well done.
Dislike: Housekeeping: pull down the sheets for bed; all the sheets come undone (use fitted sheets) Shower; get semi circular shower rods; curtain too close; you end up soaping the curtain and the inside shower wall. Clean the shower head, not external; internal, shower spray is all over the place. Quote total price: everyone knows there are taxes and additions; but the facing price is deceptive. When you check out the truth is revealed.
The front door staff were so nice and friendly, in fact on having contact with those guys and one of the guys on the pool bar (who was very helpful) I feel this was the only real customer service I got in my stay.
I felt that it was over priced and the hotel rooms were tired an not worth the money, in addition to that I felt that the reception staff could do with a lttle bit of training - and I felt that asking questions was a to much for some reception members as on asking a couple of questions one member appeared to make a comment abount me undere her breath.
